Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: October 2026
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by consumers on palestinewear.co.uk (the “Site”). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
The Site is operated by Axel Marti, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN number 985 156 629, trading as Palestine Wear.
Full details are available in our Legal Notice.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the manufacturing process. Size charts are provided in each product description.
Products are offered while stocks last with our suppliers. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you in full for that item.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay, so the total price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.
For orders up to £135, UK VAT is collected at checkout and no further import charges are payable on delivery. For orders over £135, import VAT and any customs duty may be charged by the carrier on arrival and are payable by the customer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your card details. See our Secure Payments page for details.
Products remain our property until payment has been received in full.
4. Placing an order and contract
To place an order, add products to your basket, enter your details, choose your delivery option, check your order and pay. You will then receive an email acknowledging your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you that order confirmation email.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. If you create a customer account, please keep your login details confidential.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and usually arrive within around 10 working days (up to 20 working days during peak periods). Delivery is free on orders of £40 or more; below that, delivery costs £4.99. Our products are shipped from our partner suppliers’ warehouses in Asia, and an order may arrive in several parcels.
Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the contract being formed. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. See our Delivery page for full details.
6. Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods; if your order arrives in several parcels, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the cancellation period ends by emailing help@palestinewear.co.uk with your order number. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you don’t have to.
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. Unless the goods are faulty, you will pay the direct cost of returning them.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you supplying evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, items that have been worn or washed).
Exceptions: the right to cancel does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, or to earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items that have been unsealed after delivery.
Model cancellation form (complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel):

7. Faulty or incorrect items
Our products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you are entitled to reject it and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, to a refund (in some cases a full one). Please check your order on delivery and contact us at help@palestinewear.co.uk with your order number and photos of any problem. We will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
9. Personal data
We use your personal data only to process and deliver your order, provide customer service and, if you agree, send you news and offers. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Complaints
If you have a problem, please contact us first at help@palestinewear.co.uk — we reply within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday, and aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can get free, impartial advice from Citizens Advice (or Advice Direct Scotland / Consumerline in Northern Ireland).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force when you place it.
